What if I don't progress to a Sprint?+
You keep everything. Report, GPTs, workflows, plan, follow-up call, voice memo. £500 well spent on its own. We just don't pretend the audit is our long game - it's the on-ramp.
How long does it take?+
30 days end to end. Final report and deliverables land on Day 14. Day 30 your community access activates. Day 44 we have the follow-up call. Day 60 the Sprint upgrade window closes. Real timeline, not a fudge.
What do I have to do?+
Three things. Fill the 50-question intake (mostly tickbox, 35-45 minutes). Show up to the discovery call (60 min). Send screenshots and exports we ask for. We do everything else.
Will the audit just recommend tools I have to buy?+
Tools follow process. We diagnose the process first. If a tool is recommended, it's because the process needs it, and we tell you the cheapest version that does the job. Often we recommend consolidating tools you already have, not adding new ones.
Is the £500 actually refundable?+
Yes. Read the guarantee. Find £5,000 of recoverable revenue or you get the £500 back plus £100 for your time. We've never had to refund an audit, but the guarantee stands the same.
